What we checked.
A Merchant Center suspension is almost never about the advertising — it's about the data. So we looked not at the account but at two sources side by side: what a buyer sees on the product page, and what the store puts into the product feed.
What we found.
The data on the site and the data in the feed disagreed. That's the most common cause of suspension we see: to Google, a mismatch between the product page and the feed is misleading the buyer, and the account gets switched off whole, not item by item.
What else we looked at in the same pass.
The store's policies — returns, delivery, payment — and the seller's contact details. That's the second most common trigger: the terms are either not spelled out at all, or they contradict what the product page says.
What we did.
Brought the site and the feed together, brought the data and the policies up to Google's requirements and submitted the account for review. It was back at work in two weeks.
